Dr. Pramod K. Sah is an internationally recognized critical educational sociolinguist from Nepal’s Madhesi community. Recognized among the World’s Top 2% of scholars in Language & Linguistics, his research examines how language intersects with power, ideology, racism, emotions, and inequality in multilingual societies. His scholarship brings critical perspectives from the Global South to questions of language policy, multilingualism, racialization, affect, coloniality, and educational justice, with a commitment to advancing decolonial and socially just possibilities for language and education.
